Product availability

All product orders are subject to availability. If products are out of stock, the company reserves the right to inform you about similar products.

Prices – Method of payment

The prices on the company’s website include VAT but not shipping costs. Payment for the products is made by deposit into the company’s bank account at Piraeus Bank, as well as by cash on delivery. On the bank deposit slip, you must write your full name as the reason for payment and send it to the company by email for faster order processing.

Product delivery

The company makes every effort to deliver the products within the specified deadlines, in any case within 20 days of ordering the products. Please note that in the case of special orders and product manufacturing, delivery is agreed specifically with the customer.

Risk transfer

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is transferred to you upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier has been instructed by you to transport the goods and this option was not offered by our company.

Right of withdrawal

If you are trading as a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you acquired physical possession or control of the products. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete the Withdrawal Form at the end of these terms of use and send it by email, while also informing the company by telephone, within the aforementioned deadline. If you withdraw from the contract, the company will examine the returned product in detail and inform you whether it will refund the price of the products you have paid. In any case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless you return the products to the company’s headquarters yourself. Products must be returned in their original packaging, together with the instructions and any other accompanying documents, as well as the receipt. No refund will be given if the product has been used after opening, if the product is not in the same condition as when it was delivered, or if it has been damaged.

Legal guarantee

The company is obliged to deliver the products with the agreed characteristics and without any actual defects. Otherwise, you have the rights provided for by law and in particular in Articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Responsibility and disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions, the company’s liability in relation to any product you purchase through its website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

Force majeure events

The company shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations caused by force majeure or accidental events.

Partial invalidity clause

If any competent authority determines that any of these terms are invalid, illegal, or unenforceable to any degree, those terms or provisions shall be severed to that degree from the remaining terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Applicable Law – Jurisdiction and Competence

The use of the website, the contract for the purchase of products through it, as well as any dispute arising in the above context, is governed by Greek law. It is expressly agreed that the courts of Thessaloniki shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate the aforementioned disputes.
